Making inaccessible to children plastic bags and other suffocation hazard. Provider had plastic bags under sink accessible to children. 110-300-0165 (3)(a) Safety requirements. (3) An early learning provider must take measures intended to prevent other hazards to children in care in early learning program space including, but not limited to:(a) Cuts, abrasions, and punctures. Equipment, materials, and other objects on the premises that have splintered edges, sharp edges, points, protruding nails, bolts, or other dangers must be repaired, removed, or made inaccessible to children. Provider had some fencing that had exposed fencing that can poke children near the garage area and near the corner fence area. 110-300-0165(3) Safety requirements(e) . Tripping hazards must be eliminated. Uneven walkways, damaged flooring or carpeting, or other tripping hazards must be removed or repaired. Provider had some outlets near sink that must have GFCI for safety. Provider had outlets in the restroom and kitchen near the sink that are not GFCI outlet type.
